Given a brief to design a stool for university, I decided to expand on this concept to better meet my needs. While I did not have a particular use for a stool, I saw an opportunity to create a multipurpose object that would function both as seating and as a place to displaying and store coffee table books. This approach offered a practical and aesthetically pleasing compromised.
